PROBLEMS WITH SHIPMENTS
SHORT SHIPMENTS & DISCREPANCIES
If the discrepancy is less than $15.00 wholesale, please make the adjustment on the remittance copy of your invoice and send in that copy with your payment. If more than $15.00, please notify us immediately. Damages not caused by carrier must be reported to us by phone or fax within 10 days. Shortages reported after thirty (30) days from the invoice day on which they occurred will not be credited. COD customers please notify us immediately-an adjustment will be made to your next COD amount.
DAMAGE BY CARRIER
If the shipping carton shows signs of mishandling, must notify us immediately. The shipper must come to inspect within five business days or they will not honor your claim. KEEP THE SHIPPING CARTON for agents of the carrier to inspect. Carriers do not honor damage claims without the carton.
DAMAGE DUE TO FAULTY PACKING
